Dennis has more than 30 years’ experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, policy development, public consultation, and evaluation.

Prior to joining SMR, Dennis led research, statistics and data analysis teams for the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) where he gained wide experience in designing and running qualitative evaluation projects, quantitative surveys and data gathering exercises chiefly in the areas of health, community and culture.   Dennis is currently working on projects relating to public health, consumer rights, transport, Brexit, energy transition and decarbonisation.
