Like our clients, consumer issues lie at the heart of much of what we do.

Consumer rights are protected by a range of legislation and are monitored and regulated by a number of different bodies. SMR has deployed research to help clients assess levels of service and value for money for consumers. SMR has also undertaken consumer research on a wide range of societal issues such as the impact of poverty, COVID-19, and climate change.
